• Discussion meeting – with 4 weeks to go, its time to gather all the info
• Time management – schedules and programmes for all involved parties
• On-the-day co-ordination – fireworks and cannon balls!!

When the chaos hits you in the last month, I will be present to identify and rectify any potential issues with time to spare, put together action l lists and prepare a precise itinerary for the day. I will then operate discreetly behind the scene.
